We have worked closely with Stagecoach and m.connect to deliver two services to better connect you to event locations across Speyside:
Stagecoach:
Festival goers attending this years Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival will be able to access an exclusive discount via the Stagecoach Bus App.
Service 36 between Elgin and Dufftown will be enhanced to allow visitors to explore everything the festival has to offer.
Between 1st and 6th May, a adult Moray DayRider will cost just £9 (instead of £11.70) purchased via the Stagecoach app with a discount code. The ticket will connect from Dufftown to Elgin as far as Forres and Keith.
To apply the discount:
- Download the Stagecoach Bus App to plan your journey and select adult Moray DayRider ticket for each day you wish to travel.
- Apply discount code WHISKYBYBUS24BB. A handy guide on how to use a promo code on the app is available here
Please note:
- The code will be live from 30th April for the duration of the Whisky festival and is only applicable to an adult Moray DayRider ticket purchased via the Stagecoach Bus App.
- Visitors will not be able to redeem the code on bus from the driver.
Stagecoach Bus operate throughout the region, offering regular connections between the many towns and villages of Speyside. m.connect:
Spirit of Speyside and m.connect have collaborated to facilitate connections to numerous distilleries in Speyside this year.
Service 364a: Travels through Tomintoul, Glenlivet, and Marypark which provides you connections to Ballindalloch, Cragganmore, The Glenlivet, Tamnavulin, Tomintoul and Tormore distilleries.
Service 365a: Linking Aberlour, Keith, and Tomintoul so you can reach Balvenie, Craigellachie, Glenfiddich, Glenrinnes, Mortlach, Strathisla, Tamnavulin and Tomintoul distilleries.
Service 366: Connects Aberlour, Marypark, Knockando, and Elgin so you can visit Craigellachie, Cardhu, Coleburn, Glenfarclas, Macallan, and Speyburn distilleries.
Additionally, an on-demand service is available, accommodating journeys beyond the service route and bookable two weeks in advance and up to an hour before travel. This makes it easier than ever to navigate between events and distilleries.
