Bluefolds, in Glenlivet is on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park and the Glenlivet Crown Estate (Scotland). Both of these areas have outstanding wildlife and way marked trails from which to enjoy them. Dufftown is at the centre of the Malt Whisky trail with the famous Glenfiddich distillery offering tours and "a wee dram", as does the Glenlivet distillery only a few miles away.
