The ‘Castle Bothy’ and the ‘ Castle Byre’ are holiday cottages created out of the former barns of historic Parkhead Farm, 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle. Architect designed and built to modern day standards of insulation and comfort, they are self-contained two bedroom house that provides a cosy base or relaxing space for couples or small groups of friends. With well appointed kitchens, bathrooms and open plan living and dining areas, each property has car parking close to its entrance and a garden area facing the castle.
Each has a different character, but the high level of comfort offered in both is the same, as are the unsurpassed view of the castle on the hill.
