Step 1: Register to create a Festival account. If you have already registered you can start using your itinerary straight away. If you have just logged in please scroll down to see what you have added.
Step 2: Plan your bespoke Festival experience. Next to all event listings, you will see an option ‘Add to My Itinerary’. If you like an event you see and want to store it for later, select this link and the event will be added to your itinerary. Events can be removed and added to your itinerary as you wish.
Hint: Use the map view to see how far apart events are - really useful given that Speyside is a big region.
Step 3: When Festival tickets are launched on Tuesday 6th February at 12 noon GMT, or when you are ready, you can log into your account and purchase all tickets, if available, stored in ‘My Itinerary’ by selecting 'Buy Tickets’ - the tickets will be automatically added to your shopping basket, ready for checkout.
Items will only remain in your basket for 15 minutes.
WEBSITE ISSUES - In previous years we've had issues with our website crashing after ticket launch. We know this is hugely frustrating and we're sorry you've experienced them. We've fully investigated the issues and put in place measures to ensure our website can manage high volumes of usage during this busy time (enough to cope with a Take That concert!). However, if multiple people have a limited ticket event in their basket and try to buy at the same time, an outage may still occur. We will monitor this during ticket launch.
During the Festival, event tickets can be purchased online up to 00:00 hrs on the day before the event. To enquire about availability of tickets on the day of an event, please contact the Festival team on 07789 671 635.
