Hotel 1881, a boutique space, is unabashedly a foodie destination in the heart of Speyside and set in the quiet, picturesque village of Archiestown.
Hotel 1881 has a focus on good food: two menus provide a range of dining that cater to most palates with a 1 AA rosette awarded informal menu in Archies Bar and a 9 course tasting menu in Restaurant 88. Alongside our focus on highlighting the world renowned larder that Scotland has, we also offer a curated list of sustainable wine and a drinks list to cover some fan favourites whilst introducing some smaller producers of spirits, soft drinks and beer.
