Family-owned Glenrinnes Distillery is the home of Eight Lands Organic Spirits. This includes our incredibly smooth and characterful Vodka and classic London Dry Gin with citrus, spice, and floral notes.
With an incredible view of the countryside, Glenrinnes Distillery sits halfway between Glenlivet and Dufftown, at the foot of Ben Rinnes – the highest mountain this side of the Highlands.
You see it’s here, from the panorama at the top of Ben Rinnes, that the owners were inspired and decided on a name for their spirits brand. From the top of the Ben you get a view of eight Scottish counties! (In case you were wondering, they are Aberdeenshire, Banffshire, Morayshire, Nairnshire, Inverness-shire, Ross and Cromarty, Sutherland, and Caithness)
Our journey starts with water. And the location for the distillery was carefully chosen for its water supply. The pristine Clashmarloch spring channels water from the Ben down the hill, directly to the distillery. Not only do we use it to make our multi-award-winning Organic Gin and Vodka; we also drink it. It’s the water that comes out of all our taps.
We use only the best organic ingredients – some of these are foraged on the Glenrinnes Organic Estate by our neighbour. All our products are also gluten-free and vegan.
