Distilled: Food & Drink takes place at Elgin Town Hall, in the heart of the city and across the road from Elgin Bus Station. For more information on getting to Elgin, read the helpful information below.


Elgin is well situated for both Inverness Airport and Aberdeen International Airport, which are approximately 29 and 52 miles respectively from the city.

Scheduled flights operate between Inverness and Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, London Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton, Belfast City, Dublin, Amsterdam and more.

The Stagecoach North Scotland Service 36 connects Elgin, Rothes, Craigellachie, Aberlour and Dufftown - homes to the most famous malt whisky distilleries in Scotland. Enjoy the views and a dram or two and let Stagecoach take care of the driving to and from Elgin.

Service 10 connects Aberdeen to Inverness with stops in Forres, Elgin and Keith proving firm favourites with whisky fans thanks to Benromach, Strathisla and Strathmill along the way.
