- What is Distilled: Food & Drink?
Distilled: Food & Drink brings together food and drink producers from across Speyside and beyond under one roof at UHI Moray, Elgin. Meet the makers, discover new favourites and enjoy a relaxed sampling experience throughout the event.
- What is included in my ticket?
All passes include event admission, a Distilled tasting glass and event lanyard.
- Discovery Pass Provides access to the main event, including exhibitors, sampling opportunities and the Distilled experience. Premium Pass Includes everything in the Discovery Pass, plus access to the Premium Lounge and exclusive pours. Masterclass Pass In

Yes. Exhibitors will offer samples throughout the event. Additional drinks and purchases may be available directly from exhibitors.
- What are the special pours?
Premium Pass holders will have access to exclusive pours within the Premium Lounge. Details will be announced in the lead-up to the event.
- What masterclasses will be available?
Masterclass Pass holders will have access to two expert-led sessions focused on Speyside whisky. Details will be announced in the lead-up to the event.
- Do I need to book my masterclasses in advance?
No. Your Masterclass Pass secures your place. Masterclass spaces are limited to 25 per session.
- Can I attend more than one session?
Yes, subject to ticket availability. A separate ticket is required for each session.

Yes. UHI Moray is easily accessible by public transport.
By Rail
Elgin Railway Station is approximately a two-minute walk from the venue, with regular services connecting Elgin to Inverness and Aberdeen.By Bus
Elgin Bus Station is approximately a five-minute walk from the venue and is served by local and regional bus services.Visitors are encouraged to consider public transport where possible.
- Is parking available?
Limited parking is available on campus. If on-campus parking is full, visitors can make use of nearby public pay-and-display car parks in Elgin:

- Is the venue accessible?
UHI Moray offers accessible facilities. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact the organiser before the event.
- Can children come to the event?
Distilled: Food & Drink is strictly for visitors aged 18 and over.
- Can I drive to the event?
Visitors should always ensure they remain within the legal driving limit and drink responsibly.
Scotland has strict drink-driving laws and we encourage visitors to consider public transport, taxis or designated drivers where possible.
Elgin Railway Station is approximately a two-minute walk from the venue and Elgin Bus Station is approximately a five-minute walk away.
Drivers' dram packs will be available to purchase from selected exhibitors, allowing visitors to take samples home and enjoy them later.
- Can I buy products at the event?
Many exhibitors will have products available to purchase. Availability and payment methods may vary between exhibitors.
- How can I keep up to date with Distilled?
We'll be sharing more information in the lead-up to the event, including exhibitor announcements, food vendors, exclusive pours and masterclasses. Follow Spirit of Speyside on social media and sign up to our mailing list to be among the first to hear the latest Distilled updates.
