Solera 15 Deconstructed
The Glenfiddich Connoisseur Masterclass on Saturday afternoon will focus on the 15 year old and the unique Solera system used to create it. Look forward to a small sample of new make, followed by four drams. Three will be cask samples that make up each solera batch and a sample pulled straight from the Solera vat.
