Glen Grant

The Glen Grant was founded in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant from Speyside. The Glen Grant, one of the oldest brands of Scotch Whisky, has a history of engineering and invention, the first to install electricity in a distillery, the first to bring steam powered rail, the first to introduce tall necked stills and purifiers.
Born in Speyside, in the heart of Scotland, The Glen Grant Single Malt Scotch whisky is elegance by nature, a wonderful expression of using engineering to harness the elements that surround us. We take the water that flows through our unique Garden of Splendours into the distillery where it is combined with locally grown malted barley. These products of nature are distilled in our uniquely tall stills and purifiers capturing only the finest alcohol vapours. Our whisky matures in traditional stone warehouses and ages in the finest ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
Combining tradition and innovation to protect the rare character of The Glen Grant, we continue to innovate creating unusual and interesting expressions of Glen Grant Single Malt Whisky. The Glasshouse Collection is the latest addition, this prestigious range of whiskies of 21-Year-Old, alongside of the new 25-Year-Old and 30-Year-Old expressions is carrying on the legacy of the Glen Grant visionary forefather James “The Major” Grant.
