Air

Speyside is well situated for both Inverness Airport and Aberdeen International Airport, which are approximately 44 and 59 miles respectively from central Speyside.

Scheduled flights operate between Inverness and Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, London Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton, Belfast City, Dublin, Amsterdam and more.

Rail

ScotRail, Scotland's national railway service, connects Speyside to Inverness, Aberdeen and beyond. The nearest stations to Speyside are Aviemore, Keith and Elgin.

Bus

Stagecoach North Scotland are a Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival transport partner. Buses will be running on the ‘Whisky Trail’ Service 36 (Elgin, Rothes, Craigellachie, Aberlour and Dufftown) Service 34/34X (Aviemore to Grantown-on-Spey) and Service 10 (Inverness, Nairn, Forres, Elgin, Huntly, Inverurie, Aberdeen) throughout the Festival.

Service 36 connects Elgin, Rothes, Craigellachie, Aberlour and Dufftown - homes to the most famous malt whisky distilleries in Scotland. Enjoy the views and a dram or two and let Stagecoach take care of the driving.

Service 10 connects Aberdeen to Inverness with stops in Fores, Elgin and Keith proving firm favourites with whisky fans thanks to Benromach, Strathisla and Strathmil along the way.
