Dufftown: Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch, today launches a bespoke whisky menu in celebration of the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. The limited edition menu will cater for whisky lovers and connoisseurs alike with a premium menu designed to offer exclusive access to some of Glenfiddich’s rarer whiskies, including the 21, 30, 40 and 50 Year Old whiskies.

Visitors to the distillery will be able to choose from a range of whiskies, selected by Glenfiddich’s prestige whisky specialist, Ian Millar, showcasing the unrivalled depth and breadth of Glenfiddich’s superlative collection of aged single malts.

Each of the prestigious malts on offer is unlike any other. From the sweet tropical notes of the Glenfiddich 21 Year Old, to the complex oak and floral sweetness of the Glenfiddich 30 Year Old, and the silky smooth luxury of the Glenfiddich 40 Year Old. And for those that want to try something exceptionally exclusive, the Glenfiddich 50 Year Old with its vibrant and complex oak, floral and soft fruit flavours.

The incredible array of exquisite single malts reflects Glenfiddich’s rich heritage of whisky innovation and can be tasted at The Malt Barn at the heart of the Glenfiddich Distillery from Thursday 27th April, in conjunction with the first day of the world renowned Spirit of Speyside Festival. To help navigate the super-premium selection of whiskies, senior members of the team will be on hand to host tastings to help deconstruct the flavour profiles.

Colin Corson, Glenfiddich’s Food & Beverage Manager said: “the new menu has been designed to showcase our fantastic range of whiskies as well as offer exclusive access to a rich selection of some of our most exquisite whiskies. It’s designed to take guests on a journey through our warehouses to offer a definitive whisky tasting experience.”

He continued: “by taking a selection of some our most awarded whiskies, we want to give visitors a memorable single malt experience at the iconic Malt Barn, part of the original site built by our founder, William Grant, in 1887. And as thousands of whisky enthusiasts gather to celebrate The Spirit of Speyside Festival, what better time to launch a new menu that celebrates some of the finest whiskies we’ve ever produced.”

The menu also includes some innovative whiskies from the wider Glenfiddich and William Grant & Sons ranges, so there’s a selection to suit a variety of tastes and preferences. The limited edition menu is available from Thursday 27th April in The Malt Barn at The Glenfiddich Distillery. Menu prices range from £25 to £1,250.
