Wildlife Walking Whisky along the River Spey

A beautiful riverside walk following paths through the woodland of the Spey valley. This gentle 3 hours walk takes in all the splendour of the Spey Valley and offers amazing views of both woodland and river alike. Species of note along the way could be red squirrel, roe deer, kingfisher, dipper, grey wagtail, maybe a fishing osprey or potentially otter. Our ranger will be with you all the way and will help you identify the flora and fauna.

We believe that after some good Scottish fresh air and exercise a wee dram tastes even better. So, you will sample a fine whisky at the end of the walk. We will also provide a snack half-way through to sample some local products.

This walk requires a degree of fitness and will be on paths and tracks so good footwear is important. It may also be cold and as it is Scotland it may rain so please also bring some warm waterproof clothing.
