We have removed the option for you to ‘pay later'. All bookings have to be paid for at the time of booking and we don't want you to get all the way to the payment stage of the booking process and then be disappointed.

There has been a great deal of interest in the Opening Dinner at the Macallan so if you are planning on attending the dinner this year - and we strongly think you should, please don't leave it too long before you book your tickets.
